Avita Community Services-Intensive Family Intervention

Services: Intensive Family Intervention is a crisis oriented short-term, intensive counseling or youth with mental illness and families conducted in the home and community. The focus is to help prevent psychiatric hospitalization and to work with children as they re-enter the home from hospitalization or a residential facility. 

Eligibility: Severe emotionally disturbed children and adolescents 

Fee: Sliding scale fee, Medicaid, PeachCare, private insurance
