Children with Special Needs District 2 Public Health

Services:  Children with special needs is the umbrella program for Children 1st, Babies  Can’t Wait, and Children’s Medical Services, all of which provide services for children  in Banks, Dawson, Forsyth, Franklin, Habersham, Hall, Hart, Lumpkin, Rabun, Stephens, Towns, Union and White Counties.  

Eligibility: Ages 0-21  

Fee: Some programs have financial eligibility and some do not. Income based.
