Flag Football

Flag football is a non-tackle variant of American football where physical tackling is replaced by pulling a flag or flag belt from the ball carrier. Teams, typically of 5 to 8 players, advance the ball by passing or running to score touchdowns. The game emphasizes speed, agility, and passing strategy while removing the heavy contact of traditional football.Making the varsity team gives one the chance to become the team captain of their sport which shows how much they accel in their sport  and this stands out to top colleges.
