Services: Our mission is to eliminate poverty housing, one family at a time. We work in  partnership with the community and a needy family to build decent, affordable housing.  The partner family must have a NEED for decent housing, must be able to make  mortgage payments (around $600/month), and must be willing to put in 200 hours of  “sweat equity” on Habitat house, usually at least 12 months or more from time of  application to completion of home.  Eligibility: Need, ability to pay $1,250 down payment and be able to make mortgage  payments, and willingness to partner  Fee: Mortgage payments plus down payment.
