Hospice of NE GA Medical Center

Services: Supportive, comforting care to dying patients and their family members in their  homes. Provides bereavement care to families for 13 months after death.  Several  bereavement support groups open to the public free of charge.  Eligibility: Any person with a life threatening illness with less than a 6 month prognosis  and who desires comfort care  Fee: Sliding scale fee, Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance
