Services: The Fatherhood Program serves the non-custodial parent who is unable to pay their child support by helping attain gainful and stable employment. Assist fathers in helping get name on child’s legal records. Assist parents with legal custody of a child. A non-custodial parent may apply to have paternity established or to have the support order reviewed. Provide support for grandparents raising grandchildren
