Swim & Dive

Swimming and diving are aquatic sports contested in a pool. In swimming, athletes race each other over various distances and strokes (like freestyle or butterfly) to finish first. In diving, athletes jump or spring from a board or platform, performing acrobatic maneuvers before entering the water to be judged for their skill and execution. Making the varsity team gives one the chance to become the team captain of their sport which shows how much they accel in their sport  and this stands out to top colleges.
